Couple weeks ago I accidentally fall on the top of head, I was in a lot of pain, so instead of letting time heal my pain I had a panic attack and decided to get an X ray on my neck because that's were all the pain was. The doctor ordered a Cervical spine X ray 5 views and Lumber spine X ray 5 views,the X rays came out negative and now i regret getting them, i can barley eat, i can barely sleep, Ive been the seeing all these websites about the effects of X ray radiation, So what should I do, Ive call every hospital radiologist and doctors and they all say I will be fine because the radiadtion was minimal, but I in the back of my head I don't believe them, please help, what should I do.
