Painful Stomach, Sweating, Gassy. Will I Feel Better? What Can I Do?a

I been having pains from my stomach for the last two days. on the first day I was sitting in church and then all of a sudden a sharp pain occurred out of no where. The pain went across my stomach as to where I had to either stretch out on the floor or be in a bend over position for a few minutes . I statred to sweat and everything.. about 5 mins I was fine. Day 2 my side on the right hurts bad when I go to the bathroom .even when I relieve gas as well. Please help me understand whats going on im a 29year old female

Thanks for the query to H.C.M.Forum.
Acute pain in the stomach may be due to many reasons, but one reason is most common,
Hyper acidity ( gas formation due to gastritis).
Due to anxiety or tension, fried food,smoking,alcohol use develops gastritis.
Gastritis causes pain in the stomach.
Stomach pain was excruciating hence there was sweating.
Some patient feels faintness.
Antacid are useful in these cases, but should take after the advice of doctor.
