real time examination shows anteverted uterus, it is bulky in sizewith homogenous echopattern. uterus measured7.2x 4.7x 3.9cms(volume-69.05cm3)
ENDOMETERIAL ECHO MEASURES ABOUT0.9cms IN THICKNESS DUE TO ENDOMETRITIS.
Right Ovary measures 2.6x 2.5x 2.5cms (volume - 8.50cms3) Left Ovary measures2.1x 2.1x 2.0cms(volume - 4.45cms3) BOTH OVARIES ARE NORMAL.
No evidence of adenexal mass No evedence of pregnancy or RPC`s.
Please help me and tell me is there any dangerous thing in my report?
Your report suggests that 1.Uterus is enlarged in size and normal in position. 2.Combined endometrial thickness is 9.0 mm, it may be due to endometritis. 3.other findings are within normal limit. I think endometritis should be confirmed and it can be confirmed by biopsy. You should consult your doctor with reports. Your condition is treatable, don't worry at all. Get well soon.
