Painful Growth On Nipple, Looks Like Pimple With No White Head, Blood While Squeezing, Painful. Anything To Worry?

I have/had a painful growth on my nipple for the last few days, it looked a lot like a pimple with no "white head", tonight I finally had enough of the pain and I popped it in the shower, it took a while, and I was squeezing out blood and thick white chunks from the "growth", now I'm still in pain and the lump is still kind of there. Should I be worried or is this likely just a pimple and it'll just kind of go away soon?

Hello ma'am.

Due to the location it does sound like either a small pimple or inflammation/infection of the hair follicle or an ingrown hair. I would have preferred not popping the boil in unsterile surroundings, but as you have gone ahead with this, the next best thing to do would be to cover the region with a sterile pad.

Do not irritate it further and apply warm compresses to the region to facilitate healing. If pain or signs of infection like redness, swelling, oozing of pus, etc; appear, please report to a doctor.
