Pain throughout left hand. Is it rheumatic pain ?

How to identify the problem of pain throughout my left hand. Should I meet an ortho or rheumatologist? The problem persists for a long time. Pain started below shoulder left arm, ankle and the midjoints of fingers.

left hand pain has many reason. 1. Rheumatoid Arthritis,2 osteoarthritis . 3 SLE 4. Gout 5. Psedudo Gout 6, De Quervain's tenosynovitis 7. Carpal Tunnel Syndrome.
you can contact ant one. In my opinion start with Ortho.
