More information is required in as much detail as possible, to pinpoint the cause.
You are most likely suffering from a condition called
Trigeminal neuralgia, which is the Fifth
cranial nerve emanating from the brain and supplies the affected area. Nerve-pain killers, such as, Carbamezapine or gabapentine, will take care of the pains.
Other possibility is inflammation of the joint between the jaw and skull bone (called Temporomandibular joint -
TMJ for short). A short course of anti-inflammatory drug will cure it.
