Pain Near Lower Back Near Hip. Tingling In Leg With A Bruise On Right Foot. Any Ideas ?
I started having pain near my lower back near the hip on the right side. It really on hurts when I move certain ways. Today it starting hurting worse and hurt to walk. A short time ago I noticed a bruise on the top of my right foot. It kind of feels like most of my leg it tingling a little. Any ideas?

The pain in the lower back and tingling in the leg can be due to a prolapsed disc causing a nerve root irritation. The bruise on the foot is not related to these and can happen due to an injury.
