Hi
Pain in the right groin and testicle ,increasing after sex can be due to muscle pull which encircles the spermatic cord. This cord comes through abdomen enters the scrotum and connects the testis.
A small inguinal hernia which cannot be detected clinically can be possibility still.
You should get an ultrasound and do Valsalva manouver for confirmation of hernia.
Please do not lift weights,do not strain during urination or passing stools.
If you come back with ultrasound report,i will clarify further
regards
