Passed A Ball Like Thing In Stools With Blood And Mucous On It, Had Inguinal Hernia. What Could This Be?

I have have a bowle movment with somthing that looked like a quarter sized ball of mucus with spots of blood all through it......I had an inguinal hernia that I hadnt taken care of for a year ir so but had it taken care of year s ago......but my work is laborous and had pains in my stomach but everything subsided and today I passed what I discribed it was clear tanish mucus with spots of blood through it....and was best disscribed the size of a small bouncy ball any ideas sir

Hi,

Your hernia is not the cause, as hernia only can do colicky abdominal pain and in severe cases can cause constipation. My suggestion to you that you go for stool analysis and colonoscopy to see whats going there in your colon.
