Pain In The Rib Cage, Shoulder And Chest, Shortness Of Breath. Causes?

My question is whhat causes pain by ur ribcage and chest and u get shortness of breath with it sometimes u also get the pain by the shoulder blade. I went to the hospital for iit and the doctors told me its chest wall pain but the pain is still their and i get shortness of breath with it have to take a few deep breath before i get q good one in. Thank u.

May I know your age, family history of heart disease and diabetic history, time period of the pain? Does you have undergone EKG or other test for heart diseases?
As per your symptoms it look like Coronary Artery Disease but needs to be investigated in detail. To diagnose it go for EKG, Echocardiography and Treadmill test (TMT) and Lipid Profile. Consult your doctor with reports.
Other possibility may be respiratory track diseases, Cervical Spondylosis and even anxiety?
So consult your doctor and get investigation and follow the advises of your doctor.
