Pain in the mid thigh on walking, muscle tightness on the outer thigh. Had total hip replacement. What should be done?

Dear Doctor, I am a 59 year old female who had total hip replacement 6 months ago, Jan.10,2012. For 7 days now I have been having pain in my mid thigh when walking. I also have muscle tightness on the outside of my thigh that is also new. Should I give it more time or should I call my doctor tomorrow? Until last week, I was walking 2 miles 4 to 5 days a week and biking.
