Pain In The Groin. Limited Movement In The Leg. Any Advice?

Hi there, recently after running I noticed a pain in my groin. I ran the following day and once running the pain started to ease. It was much worse however the day following the run and has gradually got worse and worse. I now have very limited movement in my leg especially when trying to put on socks, tights or press the clutch pedal in the car. Any ideas?

I am Dr. Vaibhav Gandhi, I am Orthopaedic surgeon and spine specialist.

Your history suggest overuse syndrome ,your muscles exausted due to excessive work out .
Another possibility of avascular necrosis of femoral head.
Take rest and analgesic and muscle relaxant ,

may need x ray hip.
