Hi
Welcome to HCM

Your symptoms suggest that you are suffering from acid peptic disease cause by hyper secretion of the peptic acid from the parietal cell of the stomach mucosa causing damage to the stomach mucosa resulting in gastritis. Mainly results due to use spices, fatty and junk foods.

It is recommended to use fiber diet and fresh fruit juices but avoid orange juice and alcohal. have a walk after meals. Take small frequent meals instead of three large meals. You can use Ranitidine and antacids for pain relief.

Thanks
Regards
