Pain In Stomach And Bum, Could Not Stand, Was Sweating. What Could This Be?
Hi. I woke up last night with severe pain in my stomach and a little pain in my bum. I qas doubled over in pain and could not stand up because the pain was worse. I crawled to the toilet thinkin i was going to be sick and i was sweating really bad. I wasent sick and for about two hours later the pain gradually died down. But today iv still got pain and it hurst when i cough or stand up straight. What could this be?
Your symptoms suggest that you are suffering from acid peptic disease cause by hyper secretion of the peptic acid from the parietal cell of the stomach mucosa causing damage to the stomach mucosa resulting in gastritis. Mainly results due to use spices, fatty and junk foods.
It is recommended to use fiber diet and fresh fruit juices but avoid orange juice and alcohal. have a walk after meals. Take small frequent meals instead of three large meals. You can use Ranitidine and antacids for pain relief.
