Pain In Shoulder, Swelling Above Collar Bone. Having Fibromyalgia, Osteoarthritis. Cause Of Swelling?

I am a 42 year old female with fibromyalsia and osteoarthritis. When I sew a lot and my right shoulder is in pain and i get really bad swelling above my collarbone. the swelling is worse somedays mlre than others. why do i have this swelling..everytime i clean or do anything that requires me to move my arm repeadately thjs happens.

Occupational hazard, monotonous position of your arms causes this problem,moreover you have history of arthritis, smooth blood circulation in your arm may get disturbed, you better consult to some ortho-medics, and discus it, have nice day.

Pain in shoulder and swelling above collar bone could be due to arthritic changes. Shoulder strengthening exercises will be helpful to strengthen the muscle around shoulder and to decrease pain and swelling.
Doing hot fomatation and applying muscle relaxant gel will be helpful.
I suggest you to consult an orthopaedician nearby for a detailed examination.
