Hi,
You may have suffered significant bruising and damage to your muscles and ligaments. The chest pain could be fractured ribs. Simple pain killers may help ease the pain and stiffness. You should visit an orthopediac specialist and a physiotherapist who should be able to investigate to identify the damage and suggest excercises to improve your mobiblity.
