Pain In Low Grade. Good Appetite. Choley And Fibroid Surgeries Ten Years Ago. Advice?

I am a healthy 55 year old post menopausal woman G0P0, divorced 5 years, not sexually active. Only PMH is a choley and fibroid surgeries >10 years ago. I've had right lower quad pain chronic x ~ one month. No other symptoms (no N/V, bowel/bladder, fever, vag dischg.) Appetite good, no weight change. Pain is low grade present about 80-90% of time, exacerbates for no reason (a 7-8 on 1-10 scale). Doc ordered CMP, u/a, cbc etc-all normal. CT scan pending...thoughts?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, the reasons for pain in the right lower abdomen may be due to the urinary tract infection, small stone in the lower end of the right ureter, or appendicitis, or may be the tuberculosis of the ileo caecal junction.
Any how you are under the treatment, and C.T. scan may reveal the diagnosis. Thank you.
