Pain In Left Testicle, Swelling, Painful While Walking. What Could Be This?

Hi, I am a 21 year old Marine and I woke up this morning with pain in my left testicle, thinking it was just blue balls I ejaculated and more blood then semen came out, it has been swelling and have increasing pain that feels like pressure, I can feel it while walking but it hurts the most when I sit down, stand up, or lay down. Although laying down does help the pain. Can you please help me?

I would like to know your age, your marital status, your sexual activities and also whether there is any injury to your scrotum.
You may likely to have a epididymitis or an orchitis due to infectious organisms.
As per your history it could be due to STD or Mumps. It is better for you to consult your physician immediately to get relieved from your problem.
