Pain In Left Knee, Progressing Into Popping, Piercing Pain, Swelling In Leg And Foot. Reason ?

I started having pain in my left knee approximately 8 months ago, it has continually progressed into more severe symtoms it started popping, then it started catching all with severe pain all the time it sometimes has very sharp piercing pain along the outer side of the knee now, and now my leg and foot are hugely swelled for about 2 weeks. About 3 months ago I started giving myself B12 shots perscribed by my doctor for fatique, I am scared I gave myself a blood clot and that the swelling is not from my knee. Thank you

Hi, it appears to be the arthritis, or filariasis, or thrombosis, i advise you to consult an orthopedic surgeon for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have MRI of the knee, color doppler of the knee, and mid night smear of the blood for micro filaria. Thank you.
