Pain In Head After Coughing. Got Hit On Head, Had Bruise In Eye

I recently recived a blow to the head from an undesirable source. Except from some bruising around my right eye, everything seemed normal until yesterday. I had to cough strongly to clear my throat and when I did I had this strong pain in the back of my right head that nearly brought me to my knees. Around 30 secs later the worst of it had passed and I was left with a mild pain in the same area. 24 hours later I had the same pain through the same circumstances.
Any ideas?

Hi, it appears that you have a head injury of concusion type, usually there may be continuous vomiting, or dizziness, but you have only head ache,as it happens with some people but to exclude the concusion you consult a surgeon . You may need to have M.R.I. for diagnosis. Thank you.
