Pain In Head After Concussion. Should Child Rest?

My son got a concussion last night. He slept for more than 12 hours, woke up for a minute said the back of his head hurts like he hit it on something, doesn t remember anything and is not hungry. He is 15 and loves to eat and he didn t have any supper last night. He did not want to get up, just go back to sleep. Should I just let him rest or should I get him up?
