Pain In Foot, Started After Walking For Hours. Stress Fracture Or Tendinitis?

Foot pain no sweeping or bruising top of foot fifth metatarsal...pain eased by rest some tingling in foot...range of motion does not cause pain...just weight bearing on the lateral ball of foot...pain started two days after walking for several hours pushing wheelchair up and down a few hills...stress fracture or tendinitis.? Late onset makes me think tendinitis but the pain is pinpoint making me think stress fracture

Plantar fascia lesions results from necrotic degenerative of the fascia

following strain on the fascia.

Rest and some pain killers are highly recommended and you should

have some within a couple of days.
