my wife has uncertain PAIN in the abdomen after that she fallen in the bathroon dr came dr said low bp, doctor has told to do usg of lower abdomen report came.UNINARY BLADDER: NORMAL IN SHAPE AND SIZE WITH REGULAR OUTLINE NO MASS OR STONE IS SEEN WITHIN IT.
UTERUS:IS BULKY IT MEASURES:LENTH 7.9CM BREADTH 5.6 CM THICKNESS 4.2 CM ENDOMETRIUM IS CENTRAL IN POSITION AND CAVITY IS EFFACED.ECHOLEVEL OF UTERUS IS UNIFORM.NO FOCAL LESIONIS SEEN.CERVIX APEARS NORMAL.
ADENEXAL REGION:SMSLL CYST OF 4.2X3.1 SIZE IN THE RIGHT OVARY AND SIMILAR CYST OF 3.8X3 CM SIZE SEEN IN THE LEFT OVARY NO MASS LESION IS SEEN IN THE ADENEXAL REGION.
P.O.D:FREE
IMPRESSION:BULKY UTERUS.BILATERAL OVARIAN CYSTS.

As you bilateral ovarian cyst and bulky uterus.
But I would like to know have you completed your family , and what is your age.
if you have completed your family and your wife's age is over 40 year ,you should take the opinion the surgery.
If you dont have completed the family go for coservative treatment and consult to a Gynaecologist
