Overweight, Cannot Sleep, Used Sensa And Gained Weight. How To Lose Weight?

I am 20 years old female student.My height is 5ft 0''. I weight 146.4lbs. I cannot concentrate at all. It is really hard for me to do school work. I cannot sleep either.Six years ago,I weighed 100 lbs and now I weight 146.4lbs. How can I lose weight? I tried dieting, exercising and differences kind of weight loss product. For example I used Sensa. Instead of losing weight,I gained weight.

You seem to be overweight.In spite of lifestyle modifications if you feel you are gaining weight I would suggest a thyroid profile at the earliest.Since low thyroid levels are one of the commonest causes of weight gain especially in women it is better to rule out this possibility.Continue exercise such as brisk walking for 30 to 45 minutes/day with adequate diet plan which will help you with a healthy weight.Hope I have answered your question.
