Osteoarthritis In Right Knee, Body Ache, Synovotis In Thumb. History Of Cervical Disc Replacement, Cortisone Injection Taken. Advise?

I am 46 years old and have had a cervical disc replacement c5/c6 and also have osteoarthritis in my right knee which will be treated with a partial knee replacement in the next year or so. I have aches and pains all over and recently had synovotis in my thumb treated with a cortisone injection. What could be the trouble?

Hi,
This is generalized calcium, vitamin A and D deficiency giving rise to this problem.
At this age chances of having osteoporosis and osteomalacia.
Take high dose of Calcium and vitamin A and D supplements.
Take high protein diet.
Ok and take care.
