hi, i have been on Anti retroviral treatment for 5 years now. My viral load came down from over 13,000 over 7 years ago and remained non detectable for the past over two years. I did a blood test last month and my CD4 count is 557 which is higher than it has been in last several years however my CD 8 is high at 1409 and the CD3 is high at 2112. What does this mean?
