Hello,
Welcome to health care magic.
If you have acne prone skin, it is better to avoid creams including melaglow cream. Creams have a thick consistency and can clog your pores and worsen pimples.
You could opt for gel based cosmetics.
Many of my patients ( from Kerala) desire to improve their complexion. I suggest the following.
1. Always use a water based sunscreen. Apply every 4 hours even in the rainy season which is prevailing right now.
2. Chemical peels like glycolic peels help to lighten complexion.
3. Vitamin C serum has anti oxidant effect and evens out the complexion.
4. Oral glutathione has shown promising results in improving fairness.
Please consult a good dermatologist for the above mentioned treatment.
Hope this helped you.
Take care.
