Numbness In Limbs, Blurry Eyes, Seizures, Headache, Lethargy, Foul Smelling Urine, Tremors. Previous Gallbladder Rupture, Hysterectomy. Advise?

I have numbness, sometimes in both arms/legs, other times just one or the other which feels almost as if that limb "has fallen asleep" (tingling/prickly feeling) with weakness in the affected limb/limbs which affects my ability to walk at times. Have had times which I was unable to turn over by myself to get out of bed; either because it was too painful; not like bone pain or muscle pain; but VERY painful, to turn or because it was as if my entire body was numb/asleep. I have recently had issues with my eyes; the road signs look blurry or as if there is the #s for the gas sign and then like 3 others "transparent" #s (one above, one to the left/right) and I find myself trying to focus to get the numbers to all line up which in turn causes me to get very dizzy while driving and then sometimes it even causes me to vomit; almost like I have car sickness but only when I am having issues with my eye/eyes focusing like that. Then, I had an "episode" which my friends described as "you either had a stroke or a seizure Michelle because for about 10-15 seconds; you were not here with us; it was like you stopped in your tracks and your eyes were empty". That has only happened once; on April 13th. Some of these issues have occurred in what I would describe as "episodes" and some are new to me during my most recent "week long" episode. I also have noticed that I get this headache at the base of my neck and feels as if it goes either up the back of my head or into my head and at times feels like I have a headache behind one eye or the other which is almost debilitating at times. I have recently become very lethargic; for example, this past weekend, my children were here and I could not keep my eyes open. I stayed in bed all but 4 hours out of the weekend and literally slept until I HAD to go to work. I have had what smells like a stagnant or "old" urine smell to my urine; it is sometimes very dark in color and other times; clear, but still has that same odor to it almost like "burnt hair" smell. It does not hurt/burn when urinating but the smell is horrible and has been that way for over 3 weeks. This has happened about 2-3 times in the past year and will last about a month or so. My hands seem to also have tremors or jerk uncontrollably at times or they even become numb themselves and swollen. I am just very concerned and do not currently have insurance benefits but I will have insurance very soon; actually waiting on my card and notice that I have officially become active Full Time which was supposed to be Monday. I am concerned only because I am "not myself" during these said "episodes" and I am also not one to go to doctors unless there is reason enough to do so; have only been to hospital 3 times and that was gallbladder rupture, hysterectomy and to have my children. I am 37 years old and have had these "episodes" twice; lasting anywhere from the first one lasted about 3 weeks total before it seemed that I had "good days" or days/months which I felt just like myself and this time lasted about 2 weeks total with issues starting gradual hitting what I would call a peak and then tapered off so to speak. I know that it is very confusing as it is very confusing to me which also reminds me that I have seems very confused and friends have stated that sometimes I "talk funny" and one will say it sounds like I am "echoed" and other will say I sound "drunk" but I do not drink. I have also in this last episode felt very clumsy and ran into two doors and dropped several things; broke 5 plates and 2 coffee pots. Dropped pizzas at work and I don't know why. It is very annoying and frustrating; it's like my hands or fingers or both just go numb or something and I can no longer feel them and then drop whatever I have without realizing it until it breaks or I hear it hit the floor. I just would like some sort of insight PLEASE!
