Noticed Painful Pinkish Spots On Palm

hello. i recetly did the salt and ice chellenge. (stupid idea) i did it on my palm and there are 4 different spots i did it about 2 days ago and the spot are not blue nor are they red it morew of a pinkish color. i have baseball tryouts on the in about 7 days i was wondering if thewre is anything that i coukd do so that my pain will go away in that time and be able to catch and hit a ball???

The area needs to be examined to if there are signs of infection.
First of all, rest is needed so that it won’t be more traumatic to that area.
You can try paracetamol for pain relief provided you do not have any
Kidney or liver problems. However, a Physical examination is mandatory to give proper treatment.
