Noticed Both Upper And Lower Back Pain

Hi.....I ve got BOTH upper & lower back pain (mid back is fine). Pain started about a week ago in the upper back & shoulders & felt like a tension / stress related thing. The lower back pain started about 2days ago....feels like severe bruising (although no bruising is evident) & is quite acute when touched. There was no specific trauma or exercise or event that triggered either back pain. The upper back pain is particularly strong in the morning time but is eased somewhat through exercise....
