Noticed A Flare Up In My L4 L5 Spinal Fusion

I had a gastric by pass surgery in 2010. In 2011 I had a spinal fusion I recently had a flare up in my L4 L5 spinal fusion. The MD said that I need to start on an ant inflammatory the next time this occurs to help prevent pain and discomfort what would you recommend as a medication

Following drugs can be used.
1. Diclofenec sodium 2. Nimesulide 3. Ibuprofen
Also you need to take muscle relaxant like Myoril or Myospaz. Apply diclofenec gel. A belt at your back is also supportive. Avoid bending forward and lifting heavy weight
