Dear Doctor,

My nose was blocked and wags getting back pain 2 months ago . Upon visiting the hospital they gave me antibiotics to teat the congestion in my nose. And gave me an nasal spray to open up nose. I finished the 7 days course and I was feeling better .

4 days later I started getting headache on going in the sun and since than again I got the sinus problem . Because i could not concentrate on work I visited the doctor and he again treated me for sinus .

The pain was sometimes in the lover back , feet paining to touch the ground , low ok energy , fear the some thing is wrong with me , stress , anxity .

All of the symptoms come and go regularly. So I visited the doctor and explained he the full situation again . So he decided to do some tests .

Urine test was clear .
Total blood count was good
Sugar was good
Uric acid was good
Back x ray was clear
Only positive was h pylori

He gave me a treatment for a month
Amoxicillin for 7 days
emilok 20 for 30 days 2 times daily before good

I asked him if the symptoms are because of the h pylori but he says that h pylori doenot give such symptoms

I haven't taken the medication till now. As I wanted an explanation for the symptoms.

In adition to the above symptoms I also get mild headache (sinus kind), constipation and tingling in my rectum area(discomfort) and dry mouth

I have consulted another doctor an he said to take the same medication and told me that nothing is wrong with me .

Should I take the medication and r they symptoms of h pylori ?

I am traveling on my annual leave so need to get well before I travel any tips?

Please me know to diet I need to follow while on medication and drop weight simalteniously .

Is the entire symptoms just a illusion or something is wrong?

Is this bacteria contagious ?
