No Periods And Flutters In Stomach Suddenly While On Mirena IUD For 2years Already

I have been on the Mirena IUD for 2years already. I haven't had my period since few days before DEC 31 2013. Today is march 12,2014 and still no period and for the past week or so I feel flutter in my stomach or when I relax and not have so much movement or eat sweets or food.

OBGYN 's  Response
Hi,
In the current scenario, I would suggest a trans-vaginal sonogram and a consultation with a specialist for a complete evaluation. If you have been having regular cycles all through, pregnancy needs to be excluded/confirmed first. You do have some symptoms suggestive of early pregnancy, yet, they need to be substantiated by investigation. Further management can be planned accordingly. Hope your query has been clarified. Wish you good health.
