No Cramps Or Bleeding After Abortion 4 Days Back, Sick And Dizzy. Is This Normal ?

Hi I m from the UK. I had a abortion 4 days ago I was 5 weeks 5 days. I ve had no bleeding or cramps like the doctors said I would and I m just a bit worried - is this normal? I ve not got a temperature. I feel very sick and dizzy in the mornings. The clinic gave me antibiotics . Hope u can answer my question. Thank you

Hi,
If the abortion was medical, then chances of infection are very minimal. You should get a blood picture and also confirm the success of the abortion by a sonogram. If the fever does not subside with the antibiotics, you may need further investigations. Please consult your gynecologist for further management. Wish you good health.
