No Circulation In Hands, Feeling Worn Out And Tired. Long Term Effects?

Hello, I am a 27 male, my problem is When I'm sleeping I often wake up with no feeling in my arms and hands, not numbness but complete loss of circulation that I can barely move them, like dead weight which usually takes 3-4 minutes to recover, and I am sure that I am not cutting off my circulation because I sleep on my back and it occurs in both limbs even when I sleep in other positions, it has been happening to me for a long time now, this cannot be good for my body, and I'm worried about its long term effects, as it has been occurring quite often now. Ive also been feeling very worn out and tired.

greetings friend, this can be a condition called thoracic outlet syndrome or can be compression of I nerve from her neck because of your neck position. I would try to adjust your fill out so that your neck is at a different angle to see if your symptoms persist. You are probably worn out and tired because he was not getting adequate sleep because of the hypersensitivity to your underlying condition. This is not a life-threatening or worrisome condition in most cases, so if adjusting your neck angle does not improve things I would consult a physician. Cheers.
