No Asthma Or Wheezing, Taken Prednisone Injections, But Continuous Bouts Of Severe Coughing And Vomiting Due To Coughs

My daughter is 4 years old. She has had three prednisone injections within two years due to severe cough. She's never been diagnosed with asthma or any wheezing but continuos bouts of severe coughing and vomiting due to coughs. She just had an injection Friday, was sent home from preschool early Thursday due to coughing and vomiting and I'm confused please help!!!

Hi,Don't worry about the prednisone injections, it doesn't make any harm. But you have to consult a pediatrician pulmonologist in order to have an accurate examination of the child and to get the right diagnosis and also the right treatment it deserves. Coughing is only a symptom not a diagnosis.
