I am 26 years old i have an enlarged labia minora and i occasionally get a pimple on the enlarged one. I have noticed that i never get a pimple or a boil on my other labia minora which is normal in size. The pimple can be painful at times and if i try to break it then pus and blood oozes out, Please help. I do not have any yeast infection or any sort of illness and i am not sexually active.
