Need To Clear Confusion About My Sperm Count Result
respected doctor,
i am from india, now i am working in gulf.i have a doubt.before i have grade3 varicocele on my left scrotum.in june varicocele grade 3 confirmed by doppler study.in may my semen test analysis is sperm count 24 million,active motility 35,liqification is normal,and spermatogenic cells normal.in june my varicocele surgery done.after one month of the surgery i am again checking semen.resuilt is sperm count 25 million,motility30,liqification time resuilt is completed after one hour and there is no spermatogenic cells.so i am confused and i call my doctor to india.doctor replied you got good resuilts after 3 months.dont worry about the current report.now i am using calco-q tablet everyday one each(doctor prescribed).so please doctor give a good reply.i am very confused.
