Need Medication For Fever Of About 102 -103 & Diarrhea

my 7 year old daughter is running a fever ranging of 102-103 and complaining that her stomach hurts. She is not throwing up or does not have diahrrea and she does not have an appetite. Is that the stomach flu and if so, how long does the fever last?
