Constipation is not the disease that can be treated this is just condition and this can be managed with some general measurement that includes, drinking more water and have fiber containing diet, keep the regular habit of going to toilet even you do not want to go, but still go in and sit there for some time no matter if you do not pass the stool, hope this helps.
