Need Help With Understanding My Follicular Study

Hi,
I am 29 years old and married for last 19 months now and not conceiving. I never took precautions. I got HSG done and it was all fine with no tube blocked and uterious was also fine....I got Gold TB blood test done and it was negative. Todat is my 10th day of periods and I got follicular studies done with report saying....1. retorverted uterous, PCOD pattern, endometrial tickness 5.1 mm.......cn u guide me where is the issue

Retroverted uterus is common in women. it doses not require any treatment. endometrial thickness is also normal in your ultrasound. pcod pattern may suggest
polycystic ovarian syndrome. to conceive your obgyn may suggest clomid. taking biopreg-f also aids fertility.
