Need Help With Understanding Echo Report

sir i want to know about the echo report result my report is -my age is 29, 171cm height, 90 kg weight, in past i have not any problem and in my family no heart problem.
normal size left atrium, pulmonary venis join L.A.inter atrial septum is intact. right atrium is of normal size.
tricuspid valve is structurally & functionally normal. right ventricle is placed anteriorly & is normal. MPA is normal. pulmonary valve cusps are normal.
mirtal valve cusps are normal in thickness & excursion. M.V.orifices are during diastole is normal .M.V. closure is complete.
LV wall thickness & cavity size is normal. hypokinetic apico lateral wall. LVsystolic function is fair thus overall LVEFis 50%
aortic valve is tricuspid, aortic systolic opening is full, diastolic closure is in center.
pericardium is normal, no evidence of pericardial effusion.
no visible vegetation, clots or intracardiac mass.

Origin of major vessels is normal.
