Need Advice On Accidental Consumption Of A Herbal Supplement.

hiya
I am taking prozac 10mg daily but accidently took a herbal supplement containing st johns wort, 5htp, gaba, and other serotonin producing herbs. I am feeling really confused and keep having panic attacks, and feel very agitated. What should I do, and will this pass?

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern in my opinion stop taking every thing because looking to your history given here I could say that this is functional condition and no herbal preparation would help you, instead you need to keep the anxiety level very low, and if this fails to respond then have a word with your physician hope this information helps you, take care and have a nice day
I find this answer helpful
