Neck Pain, Back Pain, Vertigo After Car Accident. Suggestions?

Hi, I was in 2 car accidents, hit from behind in 3 months last year. Ive got neck and back pain, which I see a PT for and managing. I also have vertigo issues, which Im seeing an ENT about. Recently me vertigos getting to where its all the time and Im having vision problems too. Im frustrated and keep seeing different doctors and nothing. Getting frustrated. I know somethings a miss.

Hi, thanks for writing to HCM.

The most common cause of vertigo are inner ear causes. If the ENT surgeon could not make out any problem in the inner ear, then the possible cause of vertigo could be in the brain. As you are also having vision problems, this goes more infavour of a intracranial problem.

I suggest you to consult a Neurophysician for a detailed evaluation and further management.
