Neck Hurting Outside. Painful To Open Mouth, Tension Headache. Cause?

My neck has been hurting on da outside since yesterday.. It doesnt hurt everyday just once or twice a day.. And da other morning, I was eating breakfast.. It was very painful to open my mouth wide enough to get anything in there...and last week or 2, I had like a tension headache on one side of my head.. Just throbbing... Wut do you think is the caused of this ?

Hi, it appears to be due to the sinusitis, arthritis of the temporomandibular joint.
I advise you to consult an E.N.T.surgeon for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have MRI, for diagnosis and treatment. Thank you.
