My Weight Loss Struggles

So i have a question about healthy weightloss. I am currently working out daily for about two ours a day, 1 hour of cardio, 1 hour of strength training. Most days I keep my calorie intake to around 1000 calories. No matter how hard i work i cannot seem to loose a single pound. Why is this?

You're not working your different muscles

And you're not supposed to work out EVERYDAY, you're supposed to have rest between your workouts

Try hitting up a mma gym if you're want to lose weight or join the marines if you're dedicated...

welcome to healthcaremagic
even with restricted calories and regular exercise it is unusual that you are not loosing weight
take consultation with physician and get a check up and tests done to rule out any endocrine or metabolic disorder
there may be some wrong in your calori measurements even .better take physician/dietician's help for proper diet chart
