My Penis Is Swollen And Purple In Color After Having An Intercourse

Hi. My wife and I had intense intercourse last night and when I woke this morning my penis was swollen and purple in colour as if it were full of blood. This is still the case as I type this but I did not have any pain at the time nor is my penis bent, etc as appears to be the norm with a broken penis. Do you have any suggestions please?

It seems that you have sustained trivial injury to one of the superficial vessel due to rough sexual encounter resulting into collection of blood in superficial plain of penis.

Please consult qualified Urologist for clinical examination and get ultrasound scanning of the penis done to rule out any major injury to Tunica Albugenia .

You need to take broad spectrum antibiotic like Cefexine along with anti inflammatory drug like Diclofenac twice daily.

Ensure to avoid sexual encounters till it resolves completely.
