General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

The symptoms seem to be related to a fungal infection.

I suggest to repeat the test for further evaluation.

Meanwhile,I suggest using an anti fungal cream for local application such as Miconazole cream.

I also suggest using Diflucan for three days.

I suggest to maintain a good hygiene.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
