My Hands And Feet Fall Asleep, For What Is This Happening ? Please Give Me Your Suggestion

Lately my hands and feet are always falling asleep. I can just be sitting down and my feet fall asleep, what is the cause of this?

Many a times it can be due to no pathology with it just pressure symptom which become normal once the pressure is released. some times nerve is compressed on its way to supply and the region distal to pressure becomes numb. If it is a constant feature the investigations are needed to locate the site of pressure. Herbal medicines recommend punarnava guggul and ashwagandha 1 tds
