My Finger Nail Is Yellow, Popped, Red And Puffy And Is Looking Like Its Going To Fall Off

Ok so my finger nail is yellow and was red and puffy but kinda popped and now the nail is looking like its going to fall off and then a day later my other finger started to do that to! I don't know what it is and what I should do! WAIT!!!! THE WEBSITE SAYS ITS FREE AND NOW IT'S SAYING I HAVE TO PAY $25.00

Dear ur having a nail n nail bed infection....this condition may result from eithet-
1 fungal infection
2 hyperthyroidism, psorisis
3 chronic infection of nail fold
Please keep ur nails dry n away from detergents.....
At this stage u need proper antifungal and antibiotic treatment like Erythromycin , fluconazole oral course and nystatin ointment .and proper multivitamin intake
As used in paronychia n oncholysis.
Avoid smoking and alcohol ....
Take apple orange .
Consult a dermatologist soon..good luck dear
