You don't give your age but It's above optimal- (optimal being <120/80). Although as it stands that reading will not pose a risk to health right now, it may be indicative of problems further down the line. Single BP readings are never diagnostic but if this is an average reading then life style changes (which we all should do regardless) are needed. Lose weight if you are overweight, stop smoking if you smoke, limit alcohol intake and exercise. Also reduce sodium in the diet. If your levels continue to rise then see your Doctor.
